میں پنہچ گی اس آبادی میں 

میں کھو گی اس ویرانے میں 

جہاں وہ نہیں  تھا 

اس کی یاد نہیں تھی 

اس کا نشان نہیں تھا 

میں لوٹ گی انتظار کرتے کرتے 

جہاں اب اس کی خوشبو کا گزر بھی نہیں تھا
